Shipping & Delivery

Heritage Designs ships orders using USPS.

Shipping Within the United States

Shipping is included with all orders shipped within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for U.S. orders.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Canada.

If you are located outside the United States or Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to determine the available shipping options and provide the shipping cost for your country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country.

Processing Times

Because every item is made to order, processing times may vary depending on the type of order:

• Standard orders: Ship within 48 hours.
• Orders requiring a tee blank to be ordered: Ship within 5 business days.
• Custom embroidery orders: Ship within 10 business days.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, USPS transit times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Processing time and shipping time are separate, so the estimated delivery time begins after your order has been shipped.

Heritage Designs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow some time for USPS tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed or is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. For packages confirmed as delivered by USPS, customers may also need to contact their local USPS office to investigate the delivery.
