Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for their order, including names, wording, dates, sizes, colors, logos, and other requested details.
Please double-check spelling and other information before submitting your order. Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
Artwork & Logos
Customers who provide artwork, logos, or other designs for their order are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use that artwork.
By submitting artwork to Heritage Designs, you confirm that you have permission to use and reproduce the artwork and that doing so does not violate another person's or company's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Heritage Designs reserves the right to decline an order if we believe the requested artwork may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Design Adjustments
Some artwork may need to be adjusted, resized, simplified, or otherwise modified so that it can be properly printed or embroidered. We may make minor technical adjustments to ensure the best possible finished product while maintaining the overall look of the approved design.
For more significant design changes, we will communicate with you before moving forward.
Design Approval
When a design proof is provided for approval, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving it for production.
Once a proof has been approved, changes to the design may not be possible if production has already begun.

Showcasing Our Work
We love showing off the custom work we create for our customers. Unless you request otherwise, Heritage Designs may photograph or display completed custom products, designs, or projects on our website, social media, portfolio, or other marketing materials.
If you prefer that your custom work not be used for promotional purposes, simply let us know and we will respect your request.
